Support your student and the Timber Creek Choir by paying your annual choir fees and joining the Booster Club — all in one place!
The TCHS Choir Booster Club plays a vital role in making choir possible. It bridges the gap between the actual cost of running the program (over $80,000 annually) and what the school district provides ($7,000). Your support directly funds competitions, events, uniforms, scholarships, and the many memorable experiences that make choir meaningful for our students.
Booster Club membership is encouraged for all choir families. Your level of involvement is entirely up to you — joining the Booster Club doesn’t mean you’re volunteering all the time or part of everything. Whether you help occasionally, attend meetings, or just stay informed, your presence makes a real difference.
How to Complete Your Payment:
- Select the choir fee(s) for your student (Chamber Choir, Show Choir, or both).
- Choose your Booster Club membership level (just once per family).
- Checkout — pay in full or select a payment plan.
Please note: Payment plans will be available after May 2nd. To receive early bird pricing, full payment is required by the deadline.
IMPORTANT: In the Note field at checkout, please include your student’s full name so we can match the payment correctly.

25-26 Show Choir Fee
Show Choir Fee is $700. This upfront payment covers the full year, including music, choreography, costumes, and performance expenses.
Prefer to split it up? We also offer a payment plan with an initial payment of $100 and then 3 additional monthly payments of $200. If you need a different option please contact us directly.
25-26 Chamber + Show Choir Fee
Is your student participating in both Chamber Choir and Show Choir this year? This fee includes both choirs. This fee covers music, choreography, costumes, workshops, and performance expenses for the full year.
All fees must be paid by September 1st in order to participate.
25-26 Chamber Fee
Chamber Choir Fee $400. This fee covers music, rehearsal materials, clinician workshops, and performance expenses for the season.
We offer a payment plan of 4 $100 monthly payments. Please contact us directly if a different plan needs to be arranged.
